Each individual is permitted one bat77 account only. Creating multiple accounts — under any name, email, or device — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of balances held therein.
bat77 Pakistan accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, and bonus credits are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied. Withdrawals are processed only to payment instruments registered in the account holder's verified name.
All bat77 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Misuse of bonuses or evidence of bonus abuse results in immediate bonus forfeiture.
Fraud, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, match-fixing, collusion, chargebacks, abuse of technical errors, and any attempt to circumvent bat77's security or game integrity systems are prohibited. bat77 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
Account holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bat77 login credentials. bat77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player sharing their login details or failing to secure their account. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for all bat77 accounts.
The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement and carry the meanings assigned below:
2.1 By registering a bat77 account, accessing the bat77 platform, or placing any wager through bat77, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, understood its terms, and agree to be legally bound by it.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bat77 platform and, if you hold an account, request its closure via the bat77 support team.
2.3 This Agreement is available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translations or informally translated communications, the English text of this Agreement shall prevail.
2.4 bat77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the bat77 platform following publication of an amended Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 The bat77 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are:
3.2 bat77 reserves the right to require Users to submit identity documentation to verify compliance with the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension or closure of the relevant account.
Age Verification Notice: bat77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any User who is found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposits returned subject to verification of the deposit method's ownership. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.
4.1 Each individual person is permitted to hold one bat77 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through any other method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 All information provided during bat77 account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Users must provide their legal full name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3 The Account Holder is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their bat77 login credentials, including their password and two-factor authentication codes. bat77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access facilitated by the Account Holder's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 bat77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. The Account Holder may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with their account, balance, or account access rights to any third party.
4.5 bat77 may request KYC verification documents at any point, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of Pakistani address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension.
All deposits to a bat77 account must be made from a payment instrument (JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, HBL account, UBL account, Meezan Bank account, or other approved method) that is registered in the Account Holder's verified legal name. bat77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment instruments previously used for deposits by the same Account Holder and verified in the Account Holder's name. bat77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published in the bat77 cashier and may be updated periodically.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 and 20 minutes respectively. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 4–6 business hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — bat77 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure beyond bat77's direct control.
bat77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the Account Holder has not previously completed full KYC verification, where the withdrawal amount exceeds internal risk thresholds, or where bat77's fraud detection systems have flagged the account for review. Such requests do not constitute an allegation of wrongdoing.
Important: bat77 strongly recommends completing full KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays to future withdrawal requests. KYC can be initiated from within the bat77 account settings section.
6.1 All bets placed on the bat77 platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, event, and market at the time of bet placement. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the bat77 sportsbook interface.
6.2 bat77 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a bet is placed after an event has commenced and in-play betting is not available for that market; (b) bat77's systems display odds in error; (c) bat77 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event to which the bet relates; or (d) the bet is determined to be part of a pattern of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
6.3 Bet settlement decisions made by bat77 are final once the relevant event result has been confirmed and the settlement period has elapsed, subject only to correction of manifest error.
6.4 In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, bat77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to affected Account Holders' wallets. bat77 accepts no liability to pay winnings calculated at erroneous odds.
6.5 Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the bat77 sportsbook. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at bat77's discretion without prior notice.
7.1 All casino games on the bat77 platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, video poker, and game show titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or genuine physical gaming equipment in live dealer environments. bat77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant game studios and are audited by independent testing laboratories. bat77 publishes RTP data in good faith as provided by studio partners and accepts no liability for discrepancies between theoretical and actual RTP experienced by any individual player over any finite period of play.
7.3 Casino game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by bat77 after a game round has commenced. Technical malfunctions during a game round will result in the cancellation of that round and a full refund of the staked amount to the Account Holder's wallet.
7.4 Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. bat77 reserves up to 72 hours to verify progressive jackpot wins exceeding predefined internal thresholds.
8.1 bat77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published in the relevant promotion details, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds conditions, maximum qualifying bet amounts, and expiry dates.
8.2 Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
8.3 bat77 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where technically feasible. This right extends to withdrawing bonuses already credited to an Account Holder's balance where bat77 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account Holder has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of prohibited conduct in connection with the promotion.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting system errors, using prohibited software to guarantee bet outcomes, or engaging in arbitrage betting to meet wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
9.1 bat77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously under its international gaming licence. bat77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account Holders, accessible through the Account Settings section:
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, bat77 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Account Holder from opening a new account or accessing bat77 marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected self-exclusion period.
9.3 bat77 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any Account Holder where bat77 has reasonable grounds to believe the individual may be experiencing problem gambling. Such measures may be applied without prior consent of the Account Holder and in accordance with bat77's licence obligations.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat77 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, resulting in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
10.2 bat77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulators in connection with investigations into suspected criminal conduct involving the bat77 platform. Account information, transaction history, and other relevant data may be disclosed to authorised authorities without prior notice to the Account Holder.
11.1 All content on the bat77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, audio files, video content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bat77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or reverse engineering any element of the bat77 platform without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The bat77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bat77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat77 excludes all liability for: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) damage to devices or software arising from use of the bat77 platform; (d) indirect or consequential losses of any kind; and (e) losses arising from events outside bat77's reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
12.3 bat77's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Account Holder during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 bat77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by bat77's Privacy Policy, published at bat77.pro/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and Account Holders are required to read and accept it.
13.2 By registering a bat77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of: (a) providing and improving bat77 services; (b) identity verification and fraud prevention; (c) regulatory compliance including AML obligations; and (d) responsible gaming programme administration.
13.3 bat77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated service providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required under bat77's licence obligations.
14.1 Account Holders may request closure of their bat77 account at any time by contacting the bat77 support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bat77 will process any eligible outstanding balance to the Account Holder's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been completed.
14.2 bat77 reserves the right to close any Account Holder's account immediately and without prior notice in the event of: (a) breach of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) inability to verify the Account Holder's identity; (d) regulatory direction from a competent authority; or (e) any other circumstance in which bat77 determines that continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk.
14.3 Upon account closure due to breach of this Agreement, bat77 reserves the right to withhold all balance, bonus funds, and winnings to the extent permitted by applicable law and bat77's licence conditions.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bat77's international gaming licence jurisdiction. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available to Pakistani users under applicable local law.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between an Account Holder and bat77, the Account Holder should first contact the bat77 support team via email to attempt an informal resolution. bat77 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Account Holder may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority as prescribed by bat77's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from the bat77 support team.
16.1 bat77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bat77 will provide reasonable notice to Account Holders via the email address registered to their account or through a notice displayed on the bat77 platform at login.
16.2 The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at bat77.pro/terms-conditions. Account Holders are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bat77 platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16.3 If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the bat77 platform and request account closure. You may not continue using bat77 services under a previous version of these Terms following the publication of an updated version.
